Account Information: Email address, password, and any other information you provide when registering. Uploaded Content: CVs, job descriptions, and attachments. Usage Data: Logs of login sessions and actions performed within the platform.

2. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the Service. To match candidates with jobs and notify users of relevant matches. To manage login sessions and ensure account security. Note: CVailable does not share candidate data with recruiters, nor job data with candidates, except through automated notifications as described in the Terms.

3. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies for login sessions and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. User Access and Control

All data stored for a user (CVs, jobs, attachments, matches) is fully accessible via the platform. Users can deactivate/reactivate CVs or jobs at any time. Users may request deletion of their account, which permanently erases all related data.

5. Data Security

Uploaded files and account data are stored securely. We implement appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access or loss. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
