CVailable – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CVailable. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CVailable.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not share your account with others.
You may deactivate or reactivate your account at any time.
3. Use of CVailable
The platform is for managing and matching jobs and CVs.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful recruitment or job-seeking purposes.
CVailable may send emails to candidates containing the job descriptions you provide.
4. Job and CV Data
Jobs and CVs are stored securely and can be deactivated or reactivated by their owners at any time.
CVailable does not disclose job data directly to candidates except through the matching emails sent by the platform.
CVs are not visible to recruiters except in the context of matching for jobs.
5. Attachments
You may upload attachments along with jobs or CVs. These are stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes within the platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the platform to harass or harm others.
Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the platform.
Upload viruses or malicious files.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Deleting your account permanently removes all jobs, CVs, matches, and attachments, and this action cannot be undone.
8. Limitation of Liability
CVailable is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of job matches.
CVailable is not responsible for actions of users, including misuse of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes will be resolved under the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
